Telegram Campaign Checklist: Before You Send
Use this Telegram campaign checklist to verify permissions, account access, groups, messages, links, pacing, monitoring, and stop conditions.
1. Confirm the goal and audience
- The campaign has one clear outcome.
- Every destination serves a relevant audience.
- The offer, event, or resource is still current.
- You know how you will measure useful results.
If you cannot explain why a particular group should receive the message, remove it. Review the Telegram group marketing guide before building a larger list.
2. Verify permission and community rules
- You own, manage, or have permission to post in every destination.
- You checked pinned rules and administrator guidance.
- The content type, link, and frequency are allowed.
- You removed communities that asked not to receive earlier posts.
Telegram prohibits spam in its Terms of Service. Pacing and message rotation do not replace consent or group rules.
3. Check the account and group list
- The correct Telegram account is connected and labeled.
- The account can post in each target group.
- No duplicate, inactive, or unrelated groups remain.
- A small test destination is included.
- No competing session is running the same campaign.
Need to connect an account? Follow the Telegram API ID and API hash guide.
4. Review every message
- The opening makes the value clear without hype.
- All claims are accurate and current.
- Every link opens the intended page.
- The call to action is specific and honest.
- Images display correctly and you have the right to use them.
- Each variation makes sense on its own.
5. Set pacing, monitoring, and stop conditions
- You are starting with the smallest useful batch.
- A person is responsible for watching delivery logs and replies.
- The campaign will pause on FloodWait, rising failures, or moderator objections.
- Scheduled content has a review date and end date.
- You know how to remove failed or no-longer-approved destinations.
Read the FloodWait guide before increasing volume. Telegram's limits are dynamic, so the right response is to honor platform errors rather than rely on a fixed “safe speed.”
6. Send a small test, then decide
Send the reviewed message to a group you control or a small approved batch. Confirm formatting, link tracking, delivery status, and audience response. Expand only when the test is clean.
You can run that first workflow on TG Auto Blaster's permanent Free plan: one Telegram account, one campaign, five groups, and one manual blast per day, with no card required.
After the send, save the result while the context is fresh. Record which destinations succeeded, which failed, what readers asked, and whether the campaign reached its actual goal. Remove groups that should not be contacted again and assign follow-up questions to a person rather than leaving them inside a delivery log.
Before repeating the campaign, reopen this checklist. Group rules, access, links, and offers can change between sends. A campaign that was valid last month should not be assumed valid today.
Put the workflow into practice
Start with one account, one campaign, five approved groups, and one manual blast per day. The Free plan needs no card, and your setup stays in place when you are ready to upgrade.
